Refunds & Returns Policy

At Just Thrive Probiotics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this policy explains how you can request a refund or return and what to expect throughout the process.

Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).
  • Certain items, such as personalized or opened probiotic products, may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@justthriveprobiotics.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product sent, damaged item).

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost. To request an exchange, contact our support team with details of the issue, and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly. We will provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened probiotic or supplement products
  • Personalized or customized items
