When you place an order on Just Thrive Probiotics, our team processes it within 1–3 business days. We make every effort to ensure your order is carefully packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
For U.S. customers, once your order leaves our facility, most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days. This estimate can vary depending on your exact location and the carrier’s delivery schedule. We rely on trusted parcel services to deliver your probiotics safely and efficiently.
Subscription Shipping
If you’re subscribed to our monthly delivery plan, you’re in luck — all subscription orders shipped within the contiguous United States receive free standard shipping. You can manage, skip, or cancel your next shipment through your subscription account anytime.
International Shipping
For customers outside the U.S., delivery times depend on your destination and any customs processing delay. Unfortunately, additional fees such as import duties or taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use that number to track the status of your delivery. If your order ships in more than one package, each package will have its own tracking code so you can follow each part of your order.
Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delayed or undeliverable orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Once a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the courier, responsibility for the package passes to you.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team right away. Be ready to provide your order number and, if available, pictures of the damage so we can assist and, if needed, arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping Costs & Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. For subscription orders within the contiguous U.S., shipping is free. For non‑subscription or international orders, shipping fees will apply.
